Primarily we are printers - Lithographic and Digital, and able to print practically all that our clients may throw at us - from business cards to posters in size, from timetables to multi-part NCR sets in complexity and everything in between, including magazines, folders, sales literature, letterheads and invitations. You name it; we probably print it. To the left is just some of the items in our repertoire.

However, our clients are a demanding lot and now expect so much more of us - hence we now offer the following additional services:-

• Print Management. We are happy to print and store, with you calling off stock as required and we reprint to ensure that you always have a minimum stock level.
• Database Management. Maintenance and continual cleansing of your database may be tedious but are vitally important if you want to present the right image to your clients. Suffolk Offset offer a secure and inexpensive data management service.
• Mailing. Let us fulfil your mail-shots and even personalising them for maximum impact.
• Signage. Working closely with the leading local sign manufacturer we can organise all of your signage requirements - vehicles, buildings, windows and ensure that they perfectly match your printed product.
• Give-aways and merchandise. Let us organise your promotional items for you - everything from key-rings to mugs, pens to peppermints, all showing your company logo. Ideal for exhibitions and product launches.

We appreciate that digital jobs often require a very quick turnaround. We are pleased to offer you a choice of the following services:-

Whilst we are happy to offer the same-day or even a while-you-wait service (we'll even throw in a cup of coffee!) there is a 25% surcharge on these orders for disruptions to our production schedule.

Express orders come with just a 10% surcharge and are guaranteed within 3 working days.

Our standard digital printing service, which is still far superior to many other print suppliers, carries no surcharges and guarantees the job within five working days.

Delivery & Payment Options

At Suffolk Offset we pride ourselves on our friendly customer service and being conveniently located near Felixstowe, Ipswich and Woodbridge we welcome customers to call in either to collect their order or simply to wait for it to be printed. We are happy however to offer a free delivery service within a 15 mile radius and for deliveries outside of that radius we are pleased to arrange for your print to be couriered to you using TNT's Express Next Day Service. This highly reliable service can be arranged at a cost of £12.50.
